Born in Kings Cross with a naturally creative ilk in Sydney, in 1963 to a wonderfully eccentric & powerful "LADY" and .... a handsome, Double Bass playing & highly Ellusive father ... I schooled in Brisbane.  Stuartholme was then still called a Convent' ~ ~ ~ oh, my  ...

I fled to inner Sydney 'n surrounds exploring the joys of a creative , exciting lifestyle & environment.    6 years had dulled my senses, and I yearnd for more. 

 

On my 27th birthday, I returned to my other Home ~ New Zealand.

 

My initally planned 6 mth adventure with CrayPaz in tow  (an exceptionally well travelled and wize feline) threw me so many "Plot Twist's"  ~  from here, there and abroad ~ some of which are still being played out today.  

 

Thus said, I (mostly) enjoyed the gifts of learning small village life for 7 years, before firmly and, oh so welcomly placing my bare feet upon my native soil.   Returning to Queensland to raise my one-and-only.

Based on The Sunshine Coast for almost 10 years, I'm thoroughly enjoying the colour-filled & creative inspiration of the environment and Life's perpetual learnings.

 

Son had the choice for his 15th b'day ...  Dreadlocks OR a Brand New Bed.  

 

And so, I started creating BIG, Rasta, Slouch Beanies ... at 1st using the synthetic yarn I still had from other projects.  After sending over 100 fun 'n funky away to charities, I decided to make my hobby cover it's costs.
